The Tennessee National at Windrock Bike Park is often the first big pre-season race of the year for most American downhill mountain bike racers. It offers an opportunity see how they compare to their fellow countrymen after an off season of training before taking on the rest of the world at the UCI mountain bike world series later in the season.
